Interface design

First, we help our clients planning an interface design strategy depending on their targeted markets and the history of their past products. We integrate in this process elements ranging from intended user experience to retrocompatibily issues. Based on this strategy, we work with them on the conception and production of the right interface adapted to their needs.

Usability studies and certification

We know how to evaluate what's wrong and what's right with our client's existing product lines or current prototypes. For such evaluation we use both recognized metrics such as the SU Scale (system usability scale) and our own ones adapted to emerging interaction domains (for instance QR-Code readalibilty on the different available mobile platforms). This way we can provide usability certification for our own products and the product of our clients.
